Wildcare Returns Policy If you have received an item which is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or unwanted you may return it to us for refund or exchange. Please note that items must be returned within 7 days in order for them to qualify for a refund or exchange. Damaged In Transit If you take delivery of a package from Wildcare and find the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us. |
Defective Goods You have the right to return a faulty item within the warranty period. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your purchase as this may be needed in the case of a fault. Please contact us on 01793 724848 or email admin@envisage-wildcare.co.uk before returning a faulty item. |
If We Sent You the Wrong Item If we have sent you any items that do not match with what you ordered, please telephone 01793 724848 or admin@envisage-wildcare.co.uk and we will arrange to send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please note all goods remain the property of Envisage Wildcare until paid for in full. If we send you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to us within 30 days. If you do not, we reserve the right to charge you for all goods supplied. |
Unwanted Items If you are unhappy with your purchase from Wildcare for any reason, you can return it to us for exchange or refund. The item must arrive with us in its original condition and original packaging, or we will not be able to issue a refund. We reserve the right to charge carriage and a 15% re-stocking charge on these items. |
Exceptions At our discretion, certain items will not be eligible for return and refund, including software, digital media, perishable items and items made to order. |
Excluded Items We are unable to offer a refund on the following items unless they are incorrect or faulty.

Cancelling or Returning Made-to-Order Items In respect of made-to-order products our usual refund policy does not apply and products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. |
Your Statutory Rights This returns procedure does not affect your statutory rights. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty or not as described. |
